We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to a gorgeous beach and close to the city center as well. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. We were impressed with the room service, car hire, and 24-hour room service. The housekeeping was impeccable, and the medical facilities service gave us peace of mind. We also appreciated the laundry service and the paid shuttle service, which made getting around a breeze. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and we found the tours/ticket assistance very useful. As for the room amenities, we were pleased to find ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a sitting area, and a terrace. The in-room safe and patio were also great features. The garden furniture added a lovely touch to our stay. The free toiletries were a nice bonus, and the AM/FM alarm clock and flat-screen TV added convenience. Dining at the restaurant was a delight, and the bar/lounge area and snack bar were perfect for relaxation and refreshments. The special diet menus were a welcome option as well.
Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! We highly recommend this place to our friends and anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with exceptional service.

The hotel could benefit from offering more information about the local area, such as attractions and nearby places to eat.

The breakfast had a decent variety, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was also in a good location with easy access to the beach and parking facilities. Another advantage was the pool/outdoor bar area which was great for relaxing and enjoying the sun.
The hotel lacked a festive atmosphere during New Year's. There were very few guests, which made it feel empty and somber.

My recent business trip to this hotel was absolutely enjoyable. the Greek style villa is beautifully decorated, and the beds were comfortable. the location was perfect for me as it was peaceful and not too far from the center of town. I also had access to plenty of free parking which is a plus.

The design style of the hotel was really appealing, with a minimalistic feel throughout. the spaciousness of the Unique White and Blue suite was definitely a highlight, providing ample room for relaxation.
The breakfast options were quite disappointing, with limited choices and an additional charge for capuccino-machine beverages. the renovation of the hotel seemed to overlook basic things like drains, closets, and doors, which were falling apart.
